Formally started in January 2023, Rasch LaserWorks was originally a hobby that we enjoyed on nights and weekends.  We began doing smaller projects here and there and ended up with our first few actual jobs. Learning from these experiences, we continued practicing and perfecting our products. This lead us to formalizing the name & what you see today!

In January of 2024, we officially added the name “Endurance Promo Gear” to our company. This helps us showcase the direction we’ve gone while keeping Rasch LaserWorks as the formal LLC and eventually, the name we will utilize for custom (non-promo) products in the future.

Our current business focus is eye-catching quality promotional gear, customized to help grow our client’s business. We have a variety of products and price ranges to suite most needs and bulk discounts to promote small to large lot orders. More recently, we have narrowed our focus to Hats and Drinkware. This allowed us to offer a wider range of options in these categories while mastering the techniques and equipment to provide the best quality products on the market.

We are Zach and Erin Rasch, the faces behind Rasch LaserWorks/Endurance Promo Gear. Thank you so much for stopping by our site! We’re a husband-wife mama-dada duo from a small town in rural Illinois just east of St. Louis.

We started our company with a desire to provide quality custom promo gear that our customers would be proud to present to clients. After all, attention to detail matters and we want our customers to have gear that represent the same level of quality and detail that they offer to their customers.

Zach’s manufacturing engineering background combined with Erin’s passion for photography helped kicked off our business and our experience with both customer care and sales is what has led us to the rapid growth you see today! When not in the shop, we enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors with our 2 kiddos and eating delicious food.
